User activity audit

For account admins, a record of every action each user took, filterable by user, by candidate, and by date.

Account admins have Reports → User activity: every action taken on the account, who took it, when, and on what.

Filters

All users or one user.
All candidates or one candidate, to see everything that happened to one record.
Window: last 30 days, last 90 days, this quarter, last quarter, year to date, all time, or your own dates.

What is recorded

Every change a staff user makes, and every search of Tenure's database (the query and filters, with how many people matched): runs started, paused, and cancelled; contacts exported; do-not-contact entries; team and billing changes; job board connections and every use of a board password by Tenure's sourcing technology, with the reason. Passwords and secrets are never in the log.

Export the filtered log as a CSV for your records.
