The contact ledger

Everyone contacted on every channel, with filters, sorting, and a CSV export.

Contacts is the record of every person your account has reached: from Tenure's database and from each job board, in one list.

Filters

  • Role: every role the account has ever sourced for, active or not. "None" is a message sent outside any run.
  • Search: name, title, or location.
  • Source: Tenure Hire (its database), then each board.
  • Outcome: contacted, replied, interested, not interested, opted out.
  • Run: any run on the account.
  • Dates: contacted between two dates, picked from the calendar.

All filters except the dates take several values at once. On a phone the filter panel collapses so the results are in reach.

Sorting and rows

Column headers sort. Interested people are at the top by default. Click a row to open the person: the candidate record for someone from the database, the contact page for someone from a board. To search the database by hand, use the Sourcing page; see Searching the database by hand. From a working list, rows open in a new tab so you keep your place.

Export

Export CSV downloads the current filter as a spreadsheet, one row per contact, including source, run, outcome, and any contact details shared in a reply. Hand it to anyone.
