Candidate records
What a candidate's record shows once they are in your pool: contact status, activity, documents, and uploads.
A candidate from Tenure's database has a record on your account once they have been contacted or have replied. Open it from a run, from Contacts, or from a notification.
Contact status
The status at the top matches the one in Contacts: contacted, replied, interested, not interested, or opted out. It comes from the same ledger, so the two never disagree.
Activity
Every touch, in order: which run reached them, when, what was sent, and what they replied. Previous runs are included, so you see the whole history before you write to them again.
Documents
Documents the candidate shared, such as a CV or licenses, open in the page for reading. Each has a download button, and Download all packages every document into one archive.
You can add documents to the record too: drop several files at once, watch each upload, and retry one that fails.
Contact details
Once someone replies interested, their email and phone are unlocked for the account from then on.
