Notifications

What Tenure tells you about, where (email, the bell, on-screen), and where each one takes you.

Tenure notifies you about things that need you, and every notification links straight to the record it is about.

What you are told about

  • Someone is interested: a reply to a run, with a link to the candidate or the contact.
  • A run completed on every channel, with the numbers.
  • Tenure paused a run, or one of its channels, with the reason, when something needs you (a board login to fix, a question about the role).
  • A support ticket you sent has been received.

Where

  • Email, to the person who started the run. If that person has left the account, the account admins hear instead.
  • The bell in the top bar, with an unread count. Open it to read and mark items read.
  • On screen: if you are in the app when something arrives, a note appears at the bottom right with a link.

In the moment

When you try something that cannot go ahead, a note at the bottom right says what is missing and takes you to it.
