Section 01 · The run
A run is one ask: the role, where it is, what makes it worth a reply, and the message each person receives. Tenure does the rest on every channel you have, and reports back to one page.

How it worksTenure’s database is in every run. Each board you have connected is on too, with its own maximum, capped by what your account admin allows. Everything starts when you click Start.

Tenure’s database is always on. Switch a board off, or give it its own maximum for this run. Admins set the ceiling nobody on the account can exceed.
Write it, or generate it and change what you like. Preview it on each channel, with the greeting each board fills in its own way.
The database is searched at once and each board pass is requested. Replies land on the run page and in your contacts; interested ones reach you the moment they arrive.
Section 03 · Your boards
Connect Indeed, PracticeLink, DocCafe, or LocumTenens once. On every run, Tenure's AI-powered proprietary sourcing technology searches the board on your account, vets each person against the role, and sends your message from your employer profile.
Paced, not blasted
Each board has a daily pace set from what it tolerates. A run’s maximum is spread over as many days as it needs, so your account never trips a limit.
Vetted one by one
Credentials, specialty, and location are checked against the role before anyone is messaged. A skip is never made up for with a weaker match.
On your ledger
Every person contacted is recorded with the board, the run, the date, and the outcome. Replies that share an email or phone put it on the contact’s page.
A board password is encrypted at rest and write-only: nothing in the product can display it again. Every time it is used to work a run, the use is recorded in your activity log with the run, the time, and the reason.
Account admins set the most any single run may contact on each board, whoever starts it.

The assistant sits at the bottom right of every page. It starts runs, finds people, checks on a run by name, pauses or resumes it, and pulls the sourcing activity report as a PDF. It asks for what is missing, writes the message, and never contacts anyone without the run you approved.
