Connecting a job board

Tenure sources on the job board accounts you already pay for. Connecting one takes a minute, under Settings → Job boards. Only account admins can connect boards.

What you give Tenure

The login for the board account Tenure should use, and an optional note (which employer profile to use, anything Tenure should know when working the board). Tenure verifies the login and marks the connection verified. If the login stops working, the connection shows disconnected and runs on that board wait until it is fixed.

Maximum contacts per run

Set the most people any one run may contact on this board. It applies to every run on the board, whoever starts it, so one seat cannot spend the board's message allowance. Leave it blank for no ceiling; a run then uses its own number or 100.

How your login is kept

The password is encrypted at rest and write-only: it cannot be read back through the product. When Tenure's sourcing technology uses it to work a run, the use is recorded in your account's activity log with the run, the time, and the reason. See Security and your data.
