What Tenure Hire does
Tenure Hire finds clinicians for your open roles by searching its own database and working your job board accounts, then tells you the moment someone is interested.
Tenure Hire is a sourcing tool for healthcare employers and recruiters. You describe a role once, and Tenure contacts the clinicians who fit it on every channel you have: its own database of more than a million clinicians, and the job board accounts you connect (Indeed, PracticeLink, DocCafe, and LocumTenens).
What a run is
A run is one ask: the role, where it is, what makes it worth a reply, and the message each person receives. When you start a run, Tenure searches its database right away and requests a pass on each of your connected boards. Every channel reports back to the same page, so you see who was contacted, who replied, and who is interested in one place.
What you get back
- Interested candidates, with their contact details unlocked, the moment they reply. You are notified by email and in the app.
- A contact ledger of everyone contacted on every channel, filterable and exportable, so nobody is messaged twice and every touch is on the record.
- Reports on sourcing activity and, for account admins, on what every user did.
Where to start
- Set up your account and team.
- Connect a job board, if you have one. Tenure's database works without it.
- Start your first run, or search the database by hand.
