# User activity audit

> For account admins, a record of every action each user took, filterable by user, by candidate, and by date.

Account admins have **Reports → User activity**: every action taken on the account, who took it, when, and on what.

## Filters

- **All users** or one user.
- **All candidates** or one candidate, to see everything that happened to one record.
- **Window**: last 30 days, last 90 days, this quarter, last quarter, year to date, all time, or your own dates.

## What is recorded

Every change a staff user makes, and every search of Tenure's database (the query and filters, with how many people matched): runs started, paused, and cancelled; contacts exported; do-not-contact entries; team and billing changes; job board connections and every use of a board password by Tenure's sourcing technology, with the reason. Passwords and secrets are never in the log.

Export the filtered log as a CSV for your records.
