# Interested candidates

> What happens when someone replies interested, where their details appear, and how to follow up.

When a person replies interested, their contact details are unlocked for your account from then on, and you are told at once.

## How you hear

- An email to the person who started the run, or to the account admins if that person is gone, with a link to the candidate.
- A notification in the bell, and a toast on screen if you are in the app.

Every notification links straight to the record it is about: the candidate, or the contact on the run.

## Where to find them

- **The run page** shows interested people at the top of each channel.
- **The candidate record** (for people from Tenure's database) shows their profile, unlocked contact details, previous contact activity, and documents.
- **The contact page** (for people from a job board) shows what they replied, their email, phone, and profile link where the board shared them, and which run reached them.
- **Contacts** lists everyone, with an outcome filter for interested.

## Following up

Follow-up is yours: call or email from the details on the record. Tenure does not book calls on your behalf. Anyone who replied interested is kept out of every future run on your account, so they are never sourced again as a stranger.
