# Pipeline activity

> A flow of everyone a run contacted, what happened next, and which channel reached them, for one run or every run on the account.

**Reports → Pipeline activity** shows the people your runs reached as a flow, the chart called "Where contacts lead": everyone contacted on the left, what happened next in the middle, and the channel that reached each of them on the right.

## Picking a run

The **Run** picker at the top covers every run on the account by default. Choose one run to see that role alone; the window picker (last 7, 30, 90 days, 12 months, or all time) applies to either view.

## What the boxes mean

- **Interested**: replied yes. Their contact details are unlocked and they appear under Contacts.
- **Declined**: replied no to this role.
- **Opted out**: asked not to be contacted again. They are never messaged by your account again.
- **No reply yet**: messaged, nothing back so far.

Hover a box, or tab to it, for the count, its share of everyone contacted, and the split by channel. **Show the numbers** under the chart opens the same figures as a table, which is always included when you print.

## The numbers beside the chart

- **Interest rate**: interested people as a share of everyone contacted.
- **Median time to reply**, and how many replies came within a day.
- **Interest rate by channel**: Tenure's database and each job board, ranked.

Reply times count from the moment the message was sent to the moment the person answered.
