# Your account and team

> Individual and team accounts, seats, invitations, and what each role can do in Tenure Hire.

Tenure Hire has two kinds of account.

- **Individual**: one person, one seat. Everything on the account is yours.
- **Team**: a company account with a base plan and a seat for each person. An admin invites colleagues, and everyone works from the same contact ledger and do-not-contact list.

## Inviting people

Account admins invite colleagues from **Settings → Team**. Each invitation is an email with a link; the person sets a password and lands in the account. Removing a member frees their seat. Seats are billed as they are added and removed.

## Roles

| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Tenant admin | Everything: runs, contacts, reports, team, billing, job boards, and the per-board maximum other seats cannot exceed. |
| Recruiter | Start and manage their own runs, work the contact ledger, read reports. |
| Hiring manager | Read runs and candidates shared with them. |

Admins see every run on the account. Recruiters see their own runs by default.

## Your profile

Your name is what candidates see in the sign-off of sourcing messages, so keep it as you would sign an email. Change it under your name in the top right.
