# Do-not-contact

> People and organisations your account must never message, shared by everyone on the account and honoured on every channel.

The do-not-contact list is under **Sourcing → Do-not-contact**. Anyone on it is skipped by every run, on Tenure's database and on every board, whoever starts the run.

## What goes on it

People who asked not to be contacted, current employees, candidates already in a process with you, or anyone else you must not message. Add them by name or email, with a note for the record.

## Shared across the account

The list belongs to the account, not to one seat. A colleague's entry protects your runs too.

## Automatic exclusions

Two exclusions apply without being on the list: anyone who replied interested to an earlier run (they are yours to follow up, not to source again), and anyone messaged in the last 7 days. Someone who opts out through a reply is recorded as opted out and never messaged again.
