# Billing and seats

> Plans, seats, and reach-out credits, and where to change them.

Billing lives under **Settings → Billing**, for account admins.

## Plans

An **individual** plan covers one person. A **team** plan is a base price plus a seat for each person on the account, billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. Adding or removing a team member changes the seats on the next invoice. Current prices are on the billing page.

## Trials

A new account starts on a trial. Runs, boards, and contacts you set up during the trial stay when you subscribe.

## Reach-out credits

Messages sent from Tenure's database use reach-out credits. The billing page shows your balance and where to buy more. Job board passes are worked on your own board accounts and do not use credits.

## Invoices and payment

Invoices, receipts, and your payment method are on the billing page. Payments are handled by Stripe; Tenure never stores your card.
