**Ask Tenure** sits at the bottom right of every page. Type what you want in plain language.

## Things it can do

- **Start a run**: "Start a run for a night hospitalist in Austin, $300k, 7 on 7 off, on Indeed and PracticeLink." It asks for anything missing, writes the message, and starts every channel.
- **Find people**: "Find wound care NPs in Tampa who are not in our pool."
- **Check on runs**: "How is the Austin hospitalist run doing?"
- **Pull a report**: "Give me a PDF of this quarter's sourcing activity."
- **Manage a run**: pause, resume, or cancel by name.

## What it will not do

It never contacts anyone without the run you approved, never invents facts for a message, and never reads back a job board password.

## Tips

Give it the same facts you would type into the panel: title, city, pay, schedule. It works from what you say, so specific asks get specific results.
